It reminds me of a baby robot gumball machine. It could be a pet for someone who doesn't like fuzzy pets.

It's a video game but with real objects. You wear it on a bracelet. But lest you think it is less technologically advanced than a video game, no - the balls inside the box are subatomic particles. Your goal is to sort of "juggle" the balls without them hitting each other. If you succeed for long enough you move up to the next level with twice as many balls. But if you move your wrist wrong and they collide enough times you have to start over.

a view into the mind. ideas forming, coming together, the process of inner dialogue trying to weave together a harmonious analogy of the conversations of many into one stream of consciousness. inspired by melody, all the ideas bounce back and forth, dance, multiply, come back to one. what is it? it would be what one would see if the creative processes of the mind were able to be viewed by means of some obscure form of headware.

An 80s vintage toy picnic/flower basket from one of those terrible girly plastic toy lines like Polly Pocket or Strawberry Shortcake or whatever, repurposed into a kind of molecule-pachinko game by a post-nuclear-apocalyptic geek.

you wear this like a mask that goes with a snorkel...you know...for snorkeling, so you can see the fish....but instead of seeing fish you see the display of balls, which are made of the same material as the little balls of goo that were in that 90s beverage which i thinks was called "orbits" and was way too weird for humans to consume. i think around the same time in the 90s there was a big oxygen bar craze....i think woody harrelson started one..and the only non-medical concentrated oxygen breathing experience involved these flashing light goggles that were somehow supposed to help you relax. thats what this is...its basically 90s glasses.

Hmmm. The choice comes down to:

A literal interpretation
A symbolist interpretation
A metanoia interpretation

I'm going to choose metanoia. This is a visual zen koan, meant to provoke a state of mind rather than a particular emotional response.

Fidgetily bracelet

I HAVE ONE OF THESE!
It's got a pink strap with yellow trim but it doesn't work that great. It's a rather silly contraption but looks good with most of my outfits.

It is definitely a performance, for someone's escapist amusement. I think it is a beautiful syncronized wet ball dance for our viewing pleasure. A mini dance performance in a mini-diarama bracelet.

They are ruffly goggles that allow you to see the world only in terms of gooey plasma. Ideas and connections are broken down into patterns of goo. It is magic.

Oh yeah, Eff, after you got that wii and built this VR machine I was all like, "whoa, maybe you need to get out a little more, Eff." I mean it was like all you would do for several weeks was wave your arms around immersed in some unreal world of your own imagining.
But then you got bored with that thing, remember? And you went out and you rented a lawn mower and mowed like all the lawns in the neighborhood?

I think this is the most wonderful invention ever concieved and everyone should have one strapped to their head to ensure they remember the other worlds that exist simultaneously with our own.
